We've used a few simple secrets of Asian cooking to create this dish. All-natural chicken tenders are sautéed in toasted sesame oil, then simmered with bell peppers, onions, bamboo shoots and water chestnuts in a hoisin-soy-ginger-garlic sauce. It's topped off with crunchy cashews and served over jasmine rice.
